We take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
Data processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, BDSG) and this privacy policy.


3. Hosting and server log files

Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. We have a contract with the provider for data processing on our behalf. When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically collects:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Page/file accessed
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL


This data is stored solely for the purposes of ensuring operational and system security.

4. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies itself and does not use any analytics, marketing or tracking services. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

In the non-public administration area (login for site operators), a technically necessary session cookie is set after login. Visitors to the website are not affected by this.

5. Website technology

Our website consists of static pages that are delivered directly from our server.

  • All fonts, images, scripts and audio files are loaded from our own server.
  • No fonts or other resources from third-party providers (e.g. Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts) are loaded.
  • There is no comments function.


6. Embedded content (YouTube, Bandcamp)

Videos from YouTube and music players from Bandcamp may be embedded on our website. This content is not loaded automatically, but only after you click on ‘Load video’ or ‘Load player’.

  • A connection to the relevant provider is only established when you click.
  • In doing so, your IP address, device information and the provider’s cookies may be transmitted or stored; processing in third countries (e.g. the USA) is possible.
  • No data is sent to YouTube or Bandcamp unless you click.
  • We embed YouTube videos using the enhanced privacy option (youtube-nocookie.com).

7. Social media buttons (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

Our website contains links to social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

  • These links redirect directly to the respective platform and only become active once clicked.
  • No tracking takes place via the links as long as they are not clicked.
  • Once clicked, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.

note: We have no control over data processing on social media platforms.

8. Contact via email and the contact form

If you contact us by email (e.g. at music@einz.net) or use the contact form on the ‘Contact’ page, we will process your details (name, email address, message, and date and time) solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The information entered in the form is sent to us by email and is not stored on the website’s server. It is not passed on to third parties.

  • The form will only be submitted if you have consented to the processing of your data (tick the box). You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect; an email is sufficient.
  • To protect against misuse (spam), when you submit the form, your IP address is stored only in an encrypted, non-reversible form (hash) for a maximum of 24 hours, in order to limit the number of messages.
  • Emails are delivered via the mail servers of our hosting provider, IONOS, and stored in our inbox. We delete enquiries as soon as they have been dealt with and provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

9. Security

The connection to our website is encrypted (HTTPS). The login area for administrators limits failed login attempts and temporarily stores the IP address for this purpose.

You have the right at any time to:
